Do you have any trigger foods?

Seems like I get all of my questions at once, and then I go for awhile. I seem to have my troubles at night. I don't think I am really hungry, but I have trouble with missing people. I have found that there are certain foods that seem to call for more. Am I out of my mind, or are there foods that don't satisfy and you need something else.? My easiest time to go without food seems to be in the morning and early afternoon. I heard someone say the other day when you get a craving, make yourself wait ten or fifteen minutes and the craving will probably go away. Just a "why question". Thanks for some tips. Barb
