I did it! Now I need some suggestions.

I soaked the lima beans, then fixed them in the pressure cooker without any seasoning except oregano and Old Bay. I put them in smaller portions probably two tablespoons and they are in the freezer waiting to be taken out and completed with some seasonings--for a small serving with other stuff. Now, I could fix them with the tomato seasonings; or I could put the brown sugar, etc for something like baked beans. Any other suggestions? Will only fix them for me not a family thing. Thanks.
