Curious about stir fry preparation.

I have roasted pork loin, a fridge full of vegetables, onions, garlic, some good white rice, low salt soy sauce, Teriaki sauce, peanut oil, seseme oil, wine, canned chicken broth and orange juice. Do I sould like the big question on "The Splendid Table" (NPR Sunday show)? What should I use, other than oil, to make a cooking liquid and sauce?
