Broke a cusinart food-processor plus KitchenAid, what's to buy?

Years ago I let my 3 years old used Cusinart for Pesto: Hand-chopped Parmesan into chunks. Then we stuffed basil leaves & walnuts & Parmesan into Cusinart 9-cup food processor. My kid kept holding the button down, rather than pulsing it as Cloud_Swift advised. The brand-new machine overheat and broke. It's less than a month, so we got full refund.

Last year I wrecked my heavy-duty KitchenAid food process by kneading sticky barley bread (came with meat-grinder & dough blade attachments). It still works but make lots of noise.

Last week I broke my 20-years old Preston 9-cups food-processor ... I used it frequently to grind RAW meat, plus making cream-puffs dough. I need something that's easy to clean, plus powerful enough to grind raw pork, and hard-chunks of Parmesan for pesto. Thanks for any info.
