This sounds dumb, but I want to know.

Actually got two questions, and they puzzle me. (1) All these recipes and the cooking shows call for chopped garlic. I hate "garlic breath". How do you take care of this?
(2) I usually chop up some bananas and put them and blueberries in my steel-cut oatmeal. Why do bananas get knocks from some of the diets? Seems like if I don't, I get the cramps in my legs, and they hurt!!! Oh, I got a (3) I really have trouble eating fish although I try to make myself eat fish at least twice a week. How can I camouflage the taste?
