What to do with an armload of mizuna?

Help. This week I've harvested a huge amount of chard and while I was doing that I realized that I also need to pull the mizuna. That is just simply enormous, and I can't think what to do with so much of it at once. I already have more mizuna pesto than I'm likely to use up, and I've been using it cut-and-come-again for soups, sautes, and stir fries, but this time I am going to have probably a peck of mizuna at once.

Suggestions? (not allowed to eat wheat or milk products)

EDIT My only neighbors who know what to do with stuff like this are on a cruise and the local food banks don't take anything but commercial produce donations.
