Question about solids from clarified butter

DD is going to a crab feed tonight and asked if I would clarify some butter for her to take along. Just finished the job, adding loads of garlic for a yummy flavor. After straining the solids, I am left with a lovely yellow glob that smells heavenly. I tasted it and it is quite tasty. Not that I'm so frugal that I can't throw anything out, but I was wondering if there might be a way to use this byproduct. Any ideas?
