| Thought I would post a couple of updated pictures of Sadie. She has gained almost 2 pounds and 5 1/2 inches in the five weeks that we have had her. For some reason, I don't seem to have much time to post on the dicussion or conversation sides anymore. I wonder why?
Things are starting to get better between the pup and our older blind doxie. Sadie is starting to realize that Maggie is different. We have consulted a behaviorist to help with the transition and Sadie started puppy school today. This poor puppy was stunned when a 5 m/o great dane came into class. That is one big puppy.
Maggie is still having a difficult time adjusting to life without her Bessie. She is having trouble finding her way around the house now. She has been blind for 4 years, and the furniture never gets moved, so she must have relied on her sister more than we ever realized. Hopefully, Sadie can grow up to be Maggie's seeing eye dog.
These pictures were taken about 10 days ago. She is even bigger now.

She's lovely Linda! I'd love to reach out and stroke her head and back. I can imagine that she feels like warm velvet. Good luck with puppy school. SharonCb |

| Isn't she the most adorable thing! Love her warm chocolate brown coloring too. Keep the pix coming. I hope Sadie can be a good companion to Maggie too. |

| I agree, Gina, I love that chocolate color and she has the sweetest look on her face in that second picture. Doxies are smart, I'm betting she'll be Maggie's compass before long. Annie |

| Oh Linda, Sadie is just adorable. What a face. I hope that Sadie and Maggie become friends and that Sadie will take over Bessie's job of looking out for Maggie. Stetson looked after his buddy "Joly" our Corgi and missed him terribly when Joly died. Monty, our Himalayan male is missing both his friends, Stetson and Beau as much as we are. Ann |

| Maggie is marked just like WonderWeiner was, although WW was a long haired doxie. I love the party hat, she tolerated that pretty well! What a good girl. Annie |

| Talk about puppy love. Such cuteness should be illegal. Sol |
