| My swap package arrived today. Here it is before I opened it.
Terri definately did her homework.
First package was a beautifully handmade apron, matching glove potholder and matching rectangular pot holder. All done in a grape motif with a contrasting dijon coloured fabric. The grape motif is a perfect fit with my kitchen, wich is done in a wine based theme. The dijon fabric is almost identical to my walls! It's like you came into my kitchen Terri, and took a paint sample. Great job, and fabulous job on the apron and potholders. Yes the glove potholder fits me perfectly! How did you know I have small hands?
Next up was some very cool mini pizza pans (four of them)with a very cool pebblestone metal finish on them. She also made two adorable recipe cards, with pizza recipes on them. One is for a crust, and the other for a Thai pizza inspired sauce(can't wait to try both of them). We love pizza, and these will be put to great use. They are also the perfect size for my son's baked snacks,lol. What's great is Linda sent me individual deep dish pans, and these are for the normal crust pizza, so I can mix and match!
Last but not least is a beatiful wooden serving board/cheese board. It's detailed with a lovely scroll design. This will be perfect Terri, for when I entertain!
Bonus goodie, a box of chocolate macadamia nuts! One of my favourite as well Terri...thanks!

| WOW that was sooooo fast..the apron is actually made to be reversable.. I so love my small cookie sheet I bought at the same time in that Doughbakers brand..

| Terri, I didn't realize the apron was reversible. Makes it even more wonderful. I was trying the potholder on both hands, thinking cool, on one hand the grapes show, and the other the dijon fabric. Don't know why I didn't click into that the apron would be too. I do love the pans! Thanks again so much!! Shelley |

| This swap is extra special for me since both Terri and Shelley are my former swappies. I also have one of Terri's aprons. It's a treasure and the workmanship is amazing. The board is so pretty and could have so many uses. I would use it for serving cheese to my book club. So looks like the Sommerville family will be having pizza for dinner instead of turkey this year! |

| What a lovely parcel, I too love the fabric you used Terri. Truly lovely! Also love the little cards and if Lou is watching I'm sure he is thrilled! The board is very special, great to showcase cheeses etc, very pretty! Great job Terri! PS: Wine themed kitchen...my kind gal! |

| I also love the apron set. I have fabric lying around waiting for me to make another apron, but I haven't been able to get around to it. The board is absolutely exquisite, and the pizza pan is unique also - at least I've never seen one like it. I love the textured finish. Lars |

| Terry not being a very talented person I think it is so cool when people send homemade items. I love those pizza pans too, deep dish is a favorite of mine. Yes, I can see Shelley serving some great cheese on that board. Shelley, I know you will enjoy all of these great things that Terry sent. Now pass me some of that chocolate please!! David |

| The handmade ensemble is very nice. The pizza/pie plates are a great basic to have, and the cutting board is lovely indeed! |

| I agree, handmade is always best, and those pizza pans are interesting, I'll bet they could be used for a lot of things. The board is just lovely, I like nearly anything made of wood. That's a very nice box, good job Terri. Annie |
