| Nancy, I'm so upset. I just called to check on your swap present delivery for today. They made a mistake. It was SHIPPED TODAY & will be DELIVERED TOMORROW. The shipping date was changed a couple times 'cause you were on vacation/working; but, I called a week ago & they assured me everything was fine. Anyway, the company involved has been trying to phone you to apologize. But, apparently...I've got a wrong number 'cause they woke somebody up in a different town than you! Ugh!!
Anyway, my sincere apologies & it WILL be there tomorrow as it's been shipped today. I sure hope that works for you. Tricia |
