| DH was looking longingly through the recipes Karigraphy sent me in a binder as my swap. His BD is coming up and he is really tought to buy for--his request? That he get to pick a recipe for me to prepare every week for 5 weeks! WOW-that's fun for both of us. |

| That's great. I wish my DH would actually request something once in a while! It's nice that he likes my cooking but sometimes it would be nice NOT to have to think of what to make. He does request desserts though. The problem is we can't have them very often. |

| Oh, that sounds like a good gift. I'm glad that he will get to enjoy the Cooking Forum favorites. If you need any inspiration on selecting a recipe, let me know. From what you've said previously, I think he'd like the Flank Steak made with the Pickapeppa sauce. The first time I made it, the marinade tasted odd but once you grill the meat and cook the sauce, it all comes together. I think my DH said it was "amazing." Good luck with all that cooking! Karen |
