Buford, Wayside doesn't have it either. But thanks for the idea. Gean, S&W was one of the first I checked, as I have ordered from them in the past and are one of my favorites for potted roses. Great prices, great plants! Thank you. Aliska, My Austins do so much better on 'Dr. Huey'. I have about 5 that are own root, and 12 that are on 'Multiflora' and all of them have been stagnating at about 14" tall for nearly 3 years while their 80 or so counterparts on DH are 4' and 5' tall. All my other roses from Pickering on MF are old roses and are doing much better than the Austins on MF. 'William Lobb' and 'John Cabot' are both 5-1/2' tall and only one year old. I think the Austins just take longer to get established on MF and I'm getting impatient because it's making my garden look awkward. I've been to the Star Roses website nursery directory. While it's a great idea, to be effective it would have to be updated on a regular basis. Only one of the nurseries on that list still carries Austin roses. The others have not carried them for at least 2 years. I visit most of them regularly. Thanks so much for your help. I may have to just wait and get them next year from DA. Rob:)

Went out several times this week and nothing was clicking. Today I went to pick a paint colour and found the perfect central thing (not in the paint shop!). Now to finish off with 3 complimentary things. Tuesday I will hit my all time favourite shop.....one for my partner , one for me, one for my partner, one for me!!! Can't tell you how many swap things I've got there....hopefully I'll be lucky this time too.

I too have a Facebook account...I really enjoy it! Long lost friends have been able to find me as well as relatives that otherwise may not have. Some of the friends found me thru a "Classmates" site....high school days from the 70's,so maybe that is how your friend found you,Wanda,only thru the hobby account...anywhere that your email address may be,ppl that use Facebook can make a connection. Go to your Facebook acct., click on "home" in the top right corner of that first page...that gives you the news updates on the list of friends that you have..you will have a list,given time.(I will send a connection to you thru my Facebook once I am thru here,just so you can get a little start) You can then view my page,AFTER you accept me as a friend..thats the thing with Facebook,should anyone that you do not know try to connect with you,you do not have to accept. Once you are in my page,you can see any and everything that I have on it. As far as what you put on your Face acct., that is entirely up to you...it IS a little confusing at first,but so are most forums or sites that are new to us. Another little word of advice,if you have Mozilla/Firefox,Facebook wil work better..without it,it can be slow and even more confusing only because it works more like plain old dial up. Watch for a new email that tells you that someone has invited you to Facebook Wanda..that will be me! Above all,have fun!

Uh.....I may miss the bull's eye by a bit. Mine will go in the morning. The 4th of July holiday set me back. With any luck it should be at it's new home by the end of next week.

I'm finishing wrapping and ready to ship. Hoping to get it out today, but I got a call from a sick empolyeee and have to go in earlier to my biz today. At the latest, I'll be at Fed Ex early tomorrow.

It has rained (poured) everyday for 5 days straight! I keep thinking I'll mail tomorrow...I've been thinking that for 5 days straight. The good news is I have my packages wrapped in plastic and I'm on my way to the mail box today. Nothing like the last minute huh!

I did what doucanoe did. Last Saturday. neener neener. Mine isn't trackable, though, even if it was, USPS doesn't have a good tracking system. It is insured, though!

Aiming for today, but....if worst comes to worst...tomorrow for sure. Decided to add a finishing touch to something last minute, and it's not co-operating!

Mine will have to go out Monday. I got thrown off when the power went out, right in the middle of a project that required tools.

Mine went out yesterday and should arrive early next week!
I had trouble this time with finding the right box. Most were too big and the smaller ones I found had damage.
HECK I work in a supermarket....you would think I would have my pick of boxes LOL!! Geez!

Mine is now in the hands of the USPS. Wish it luck -- knowing our postal system, it will need it. Looking for it arrive by 7/20 at the latest. Hope my swappie is not the last to receive.

I am starting to get worried. I sent mine out 9 days ago and it doesn't appear to have arrived at it's destination yet. USPS has always been pretty good for me in the past.

I'll give it another day or two, but then I am going to start freakin' out!

I've been busy with company for several days but did get my package out last week. I did track it earlier today and it was out for delivery!!

I'll have to check out the recent arrivals here in a bit.
