Oh Barb, Deborah's basket sounds delightful! I love the apron to match your granddaughter's and especially the fresh fruit and sunshine! It sounds like lots of baking is in your future & you couldn't be happier.
BTW- I have a great recipe for salmon dog treats that I use as training treats for Amber. She's the envy of dog school! They need to be kept refrigerated or frozen, though. I'll dig up the recipe for you (people can eat them too but...would you want to?)

Yay Deborah -the swap package arrived and it's a big hit (of course)! I can taste those delicious cranberry orange cookies right now, with a cup of tea. I have a couple of microplane graters myself, and I bought one for my mother so that there will be one there when I visit. They're great for zesting citrus (which I what I guess this one is intended for).

The steak knives for vegetarins brings up a point that hit home for me....sure, this swap is about favorite things, but I find that MY favorite stuff would NOT be welcome in some places, so I stick with 'what would he/she like?' I'm such a practical person, sigh.

Fresh fruit, homemade cookies, a personalized apron, and all the other great stuff for baking - wow! who could ask for anything more? Enjoy making memories with the GDs, Barb!
