Terri, that has happened to me before, especially when I have been mailing to the US. It usually just shows that it cleared customs and once it gets into the US Postal Services hands, it doesn't show up again on the tracking page until it is either out for delivery or shown as delivered. I mailed mine on Tuesday with UPS and it was in Seattle,Washington on Wednesday and there hasn't been any activity since. Ann

I ship priority all the time and it won't usually show anything until it's delivered. On occasion it will show it has arrived at the post office. It may have been delivered. Everything is updated in the evening. Priority mail is funny, I've had packages make it to Washington and Oregon in 2 days and 3 days to the midwest. Tracey

Thanks Girls for the support.. I'd understand it totally if I was sending it to CA from WA..It can take forever, even Priority. I have a friend I send alot of stuff to in PA, and she always has it by day 3 but when I'd send a package to my Mom is CA, it would take atleast 2 more days beyond stuff to PA! Thanks for reassuring me that maybe they just aren't updating the "process" like UPS and FedEx do with each stop and scan.

Terri-- My DH's business ships things all the time and the USPS tracking system is stuck in the dark ages. It's the opposite of Fedex. Don't loose hope, but also don't believe them when they say 3 days. I've lost out on work proposals when they are late because of using USPS Priority. Now I ONLY ship them Fedex.

I sent a package for Ebay once with priority, think it was to California, and it took almost two weeks. Even the postal lady couldn't believe it. The problem with UPS is they are so darned expensive. And I live too out in the boonies to do FedEx unless I drive into town, which is a PITA with the kid.
