It seems the themes usually hit me when I'm not looking, but I'm not sure on this one.

I have to say, I also found part one, too -- hee-hee-hee! I love it, and I think my partner will like it too.

Now, just wandering around, waiting to be struck by inspiration, and not traffic....

I don't do themes very well..so it's just stuff I hope via (stalking) that they'll like!

I bought something too, but now I'm not sure about it....I second guess myself all the time!

Sometimes the things just fall into a theme naturally, sometimes not. I'm not following any theme this time, except maybe, things I'd like too!! I've just put in the order for two of the three items and hope to shop for the third item this weekend. And yes, once again, I ordered two of one of the items, one for my partner and one for me. I did resist on the other item. For now.

terri, i already went through an entire theme, thought it was totally excellent, then i read other posts and totally changed my mind. now i have a choice, keep it all for me, or save it away for the next time. time will tell.

i guess when you see it, you know that's the thing you should pick up. i'm still waiting on one of those items.

by the way, when do you all start mailing?

YOu can make all three categories fit into one theme, or you can have three themes, one for each category. Whatever works for you.

My notes say end of February. I'm shopping next weekend..Hope to cinch it all up and have it out by Mid Month...
I have a page of notes...now just need the "right" things to pop out and say...I'm it!

I'm finished shopping! Just need to get a nice box and pack it all up and mail it out.

David, I'm with you, sans any reasonable excuses except that it's been cold here. I'll be headed into Boston tomorrow, maybe have an opportunity to do a little shopping.

We still have till the end of Feb., right? I havent even started shopping yet. I was hoping to do it on a road trip my friends and I are taking in a couple of weeks. We will be traveling from Ky to Florida and plan on stopping to do a bit of shopping on the way. I am nervous about this swap because it's my first of this sort. :)

Shaun and Andi are SHOW OFFS! Although as the first person to receive last swap..it's cool to have a Show Off as a partner. LOL

Kudos to Shaun and Andi! I'm also in the "still coming up with ideas" stage, though I have a sense of one category.

I *thought* I was done, then I changed my mind about a few things! I'm close, just one more piece of the puzzle, and I'm still waiting for some inspiration on that one.

I have 2 of the 3 items and I'm working on the 3rd. No obvious theme yet but I could do a ethnic holiday which is perfect for 2 items although a stretch for 1!

This time I am not so worried if my partner will like the items or not, I pretty sure she will, but the packing will be tricky with fragile items. Boxes in boxes and lots of bubble wrap is probably how I will pack it up. But still I a bit worried about the shipping. I just keep reminding myself that Annie's eggs made it, so all of my goodies should make it too!
