| I got a job - in my chosen field and at only a slightly lower salary than my old job.

| Thank you. Pkramer, yes, I am definitely happy I went to India. I will get precious little paid vacation time next year, so it was good to have already taken a long holiday. Sheshebop, yes, the very same. I will be translating government documents connected to Iceland's application for membership of the European Union. I don't know yet how long the posting is for, but I was told it would be up to 3 years. |

| Annie, they told me I would be contacted right after the new year about signing a work contract, so I expect to start work in the first week of January or soon thereafter. |
