This just appalls me. Morning Edition on NPR did a 2 part story about men being tricked onto fishing boats and kept as slaves for years - never getting to go on land. The first part of the story was yesterday. Yet another reason to try to buy locally produced food, if possible. Maybe I am naive, but I was totally unaware of this problem.
