Yesterday I heard the mailman plop a package on the bench next to my front door. I figured it was from my son who is always ordering things and having them sent to my house.

Hey! It was for me and it was two pads that go on my Haan steamer, plus the hard rubber thingie you put under the steamer to protect the floor when it's not in use. When Linda mentioned that her steamer had died, I said mine is still working fine and she offered to send me the pads. I wished I had more pads since it helps to change them in the middle because they get dirty. Woo hoo! Now I am all set and also out of excuses for not cleaning the kitchen floor.

She enclosed one of her hand made cards with a nice note. The card is lovely, with brown ribbon, little buttons and a pretty metallic flower. It is so darling! I have been lucky to have her as my swap partner in the past so I also have a decorative spoon and glass bowl that she made. You are quite the artsy lady, really very talented.
