I never got your e-mail about Ashley's creations. I'm guessing you did not get mine saying I didn't get yours. (I did keep an eye on the junk mail; not there.)

On that thread someone did post a link to Ashley's facebook page, but you have to be on facebook to "interact" with it, and I'm not.

I didn't send the e-mail through GardenWeb, but to the old e-mail address I have for you. It didn't bounce, but I'm wondering if the address isn't good. Mine is still the same.

Would you please try again? I'd love to see Ashley's stuff.

Callie and her Mama are coming here to visit in less than two weeks. She might need something special...

I will try again, I did "forward" Ashley's email, she sent it to me with pictures attached and I'll try again. Check your SPAM filter for it.

I'm not so good at it, I'm afraid. I can barely figure out how to get photobucket to keep working!

Hah! Yup that was my house alright...that was my landscaper out mowing today...also known as DH. You should've stopped and introduced yourselves...he's certainly heard enough about you and the beach house saga and vacations and fab swim parties...I feel like we already know you. Would love to meet you IRL. Next time you absolutely must stop by. We actually get quite a few strangers stopping by for various reasons... often they're lost... but just this p.m. I stopped to pick up a flyer in the driveway and a stranger pulls in in a jeep. She says she drives by all the time and loves our house. She wants to build a new house down county way as her husband is being relocated, and wants to use our house as inspiration. So we showed her around a bit and she said she'd like to come back with her husband to learn more. Nice lady. We tease our architect that he's created an "attractive nuisance". We should have a get together for local GWers so we can all meet face to face, bring our color and fabric swatches, y'know, the whole 9 yards...or 18 for a sofa! ;)

Thanks, cookebook and mamapinky, I've been busy canning and just haven't been here earlier in the evenings any more. cookebook, that's the best version, it's extremely detailed and has all the notes! I did not have enough tomatoes to make salsa this year, or even can any plain tomatoes, but I did have peaches and so I canned 34 pints of salsa made with peaches in place of most of the tomatoes, and using last year's canned tomatoes for the tomato portion. It's pretty good and my son-in-law loves it, wants it every year instead of the original stuff, LOL. Happy canning, agmss! Annie

Thnaks, Annie. So far I haven't gotten anything, and I'll check again tomorrow. Lpink sent me your current e-mail address, so I can e-mail you if nothing shows up by tomorrow, to make sure you're sending to the right place.

I have to ask her mother how tall she is. I just know she's tall for her age. Her favorite color is pink! She has a pink chef's apron, but she seems to think it's a dress. When we were there she took off everything but her diaper, put on the pink apron, and said "Now I can cook!"

Well, at least she knows not to cook naked, LOL, she could spill something.

Actually, those bibbed aprons always seemed a lot like dresses to me too, except for the backs of them!

Uh-oh. I just e-mailed you to say nothing arrived so far, using the address Lpink gave me. Then I looked and saw it's the same one I tried two weeks ago. I'm going to try through Garden Web e-mail -- although that's usually more unreliable than anything else.
