| Just got computer out of shop.They say nothing wrong,but it still freezes up when I try to connect to the Internet. |

| Take it back to the shop and get THEM to show you it connects to the internet. If they fixed it properly, it should. If it works in the shop but not in your home, that narrows down the problem to whatever connections you are using there. |
