Hello,
My computer OS is Windows XP Pro. I have all these versions of .NET Framework in my control panel. Do I need them all for XP? Can I just uninstall what I don't need? I must have been updating them for years. :) Thank you in advance.

Versions:
1.1
2.0 Service Pack 2
3.0 Service Pack 3
3.5 SP1
4 Client Profile
4 Extended

I would not mess with it. Yes it does update with Windows update. They can be problems to install and uninstall, so if they installed well then leave it be. Certain programs require it.
