Printing problem

I'm frustrated to tears here ... right side of the pages are getting cut of when printing internet pages. It happens in Firefox and Explorer. Even when I change to Landscape. I tried converting the page to .pdf and it still cuts off the right side of the page. Have tried removing the margins.

I have to print out Medicare claims histories for clients and the two columns on the right side of the page (what I need) is cut off. HELP? I must have 50 sheets of paper in the trash can from trying different things. ARGH!

Have you tried to copy the text from the web page and paste it into a Word document? In any case, I think you should be using the Print Preview to see what its going to look like before you actually try to print it...rather than wasting ink & paper.

I used print preview and it looked fine (in landscape) but still didn't print the last two columns. Tried copying to Word, but it came out all wonky with goofy symbols, columns didn't line up, etc..

There's nothing quite as cool-looking(temperaturewise) as BLUE flowers. I grew Phacelia a few years ago, best blue i ever saw, next to cornflowers. The bell-shaped blue flowers with icy-white anthers were beautiful, and stirred up images of cooler weather. They do have a short bloom time, hot weather just about stops the show, cutting back helps somewhat. Give 'em a try, i believe there are 2 or 3 varieties. Good luck, and enjoy.

Trying to help a friend with a printing problem

I realized after I posted that I really should have provided more information--like the model of the printer. But I didn't think to make a note of it. She acquired it recently, but I don't think it was brand new. I also should have mentioned that the whole document printed (in black ink) except for the first page. It was as though that page didn't exist. My friend has had some other occasional problems with Open Office, and I was thinking it might be worth a try for her to download the latest version. Would that action affect the document files? Thanks!

annekendo - Thank you for the compliment. You'll be pleased with your Dynasty cabinets. My door pulls are Hickory Hardware Cumberland, 4 3/4", in Vibra Pewter. I have a few drawer knobs (Hickory Hardware Manchester, 1 3/8") but went with mostly pulls throughout. Not sure I'd do that again -- it's a little busy with all that vertical metal! The appliance pulls are Top Knob Bead End (18") in Patine Black. They match closely enough. Got everything from Myknobs.com. Very easy to work with and handled a return with no problem at all. Highly recommend.

Try selecting Paste Special and paste it as unformatted text. Maybe you'll be able to line up your columns manually.

You might try this method:

Open the Internet page you want to print. Select

File \ Page Setup \ put a tick in Enable shrink-to-fit
