What is HP cue status root?

I was running anti-malwarebytes and I think after it finished there was a box with message "HP cue status root has stopped working". I hit OK and it dropped off. No threats were found with AMWB and everything seemed OK. I have not installed any new programs, just updated AVG and the AMWB. I have Vista home on HP pavilion dv9810us notebook. Do I have a problem? I also keep getting a message that windows has an error and has to close usually when I have more than one page of IE open. Computer does not shut down, however.

As far as the "HP cue..." message, it could be a driver compatibility issue for the printer. Does the following link help?

Here is a link that might be useful: HP cue...

That may help. I'll try it when I get back to my laptop. Man, that HP printer has really caused more problems than I have ever had with all the past printers combined and then some. And I had HP help me out of all of them at a cost of hours and hours, in and out of warranty.
