Printing problems

I usually don't have problems printing, or figure them out but this really stumps me. I tried to print out some information on the Big Fish game menu, did so on 11/7/09 without a problem but today all i get is one page, the same thing, regarless what is on the screen. I went to security, and they said something like Equifax Security has issused a certificate--or something like that and did I want to download it or??? I usually don't download anything unless I am real sure what I am doing. I did do something wierd to my computer, but think I got it straighten out. Could the company have put a lock so I cannot print? Or did I change something I should not have?
Any ideas and/or help would be appreciated

| OK, I fixed it but really don't know what I did. Anyway it has something to do with compatibility. Guess I pushed a button a few days ago i shouldn't have. |
