For Mac & Word for Mac users--how do I...

| How do I save a Word document presently residing on my desktop to a floppy disc? I have an external floppy drive. I can open files from it okay. It seems like I read somewhere you simply drag the document to the floppy drive icon. Wasn't sure what just trying that would do, so checking here first.
Thanks,

| I'm thinking the Word Program would be the same with a pc or Mac...go to "file" "save as" and click the little down arrow and choose the floppy drive where you want it to go. |

| drag and drop is easiest...... or click "file" then "save as" which will allow you to re-name it as well as name where you want it to go. Either way, you're not going to hurt anything. Go for it. |
