| How do I get a trusted website off the restricted website status? The only option it offers is "add". This website should not be on the resticted list and does not show up on the restricted list, but is blocked each time and labeled restricted. |

| Are you connected to a network? If yes, maybe the network admin has it blocked. If this is just your own computer at home...I don't know. Which browser are you using? If you are using Internet Explorer, you could try downloading Firefox (or another browser...Opera...Chrome) to see if the site is still blocked. On the other hand, if this restriction was sudden and unexpected it may be that maintenance is being done on the site and it may be available again later. Give it a day or two and then check again. |

1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. From the top menu, choose Tools
3. Select Internet Options from the drop-down list.
4. Click on the Security Tab.
5. Click on Restricted Sites
6. Find the site that you want unblocked.
7. Highlight the site and click Remove.
