Several days ago I couldn't log into Yahoo Email. I was using the correct used ID and password- in fact almost every time I use my Yahoo email I have to log in.
I sent an email in Yahoo's 'Help' section- but if I can't log in, how are they going to contact me??!! What a mess!
I have a 'secret question'- 'what knid of dog'. I have 2 dogs, and don't remember which one I put in- but I tried both- neither worked!
What a mess- I can't find a phone number for Yahoo, so how do I get this straightened out? I AM entering the correct User ID and password..... |

| Think I might close all my browsers and delete my cookies for yahoo with something like CCleaner. Then I might make sure I accept yahoo cookies, and go to www.yahoo.com and login. Use CCleaner to always save that cookie. Tell my browser to always accept their cookies. Then only have to login once every two weeks hopefully. |

| At 1804 hours I successfully signed in to an old Yahoo mail account. I like Mikie's idea as you may have a corrupt cookie or temp file stored which is prohibiting your logon. DA |

| surely this is not the only email account you have right? if so I would real quick like create a new free one at gmail or hotmail and use that address in the yahoo forms for them to contact you should they need to. |
