I lurk a lot, learn some, and reading handyman's posting about the virus, etc., and your concise instructions on the Malware installation, and usage, wanted to thank you so much for posting that info. Been wanting to do this for ages, and always afraid the darn machine knows so much, and will go off on it's own.
Didn't happen, got the business tended to, and feel so smug now, at least I can do that without too much of a problem. All your help to all the people that need it is much appreciated, and sure saves bothering the computer people, who charge an arm and a leg for that sort of advice. There are so many here that are free with the advice, and most appreciative of you all, you know who you are, and know that a lot of us realize how lucky we truly are!!!!

| I'm speechless, thank-you so much and all the other helpers too! Moving to another state Martinton, ILL. in 7 days. See I met this person while helping them on the computer and have become great friends. Please wish us both luck as we start a new life together. |

| Zep, you're not saying that you are leaving this forum are you? I sure wish you good luck and good fortune but hope that you will still be a part of this forum. You and many others here are so appreciated and looked up to by us everyday dwebes, and we hope you will be here for us to pick your brain. We really do depend on you guys, as I have done in the past, I too want to thank you and all you guys that give your time and talents. |

oh Zep that is awesome news! I was wondering how the work was going. I wish you the best and I know you won't be leaving us behind so see ya when you get settled in. I know that can take a while, you know I just moved too recently.

Hi everybody!
He sure does! And,here's the rest of the story!
Once upon a time, my kitty cat strolled across my keyboard flipping it 90% to the left.A friend of mine told me to type "function key menu" into my search engine. I came upon this computer help forum and requested help to flip it back. Within minutes this nice fella came along and told me how to fix it. A few days later..I thought, "Wow! maybe they can help me get rid of this silly ad that keeps popping up when I boot up my computer?" So, I posted again. And zep came to my rescue, AGAIN!!! He spent several days helping me clean my computer up. Sometimes till early into the morning!He had to teach me how to copy & paste a log into the reply box!! (hahaha)Yep! It's true!! Couldn't even copy & paste!!
When he found out that I liked Gardening, he introduced me to this forum! Very nice!! I might add! I don't think that I have ever met so many kindred spirits in one place as I have here. Everybody is so eager to step out and lend a hand in a non-judgmental fashion.

| Doggone it Zep! Here I thought I was your first love. LOL! But since I'm much too old for you, I want to wish you and bbbluz the very best that life can offer. You deserve it. You know very well all the times you have rescued me and provided information I needed to help myself on occasion. Ever since I got my first computer in 1999, this forum has been my "home". Because of it and all the good people over the years who have helped, the only thing I ever spent on computers was about $30 for some parts I bought on eBay for my laptop. It was Zep who steered me to the directions for making the repair to the sound. Well, I lied. I did have to spend money to buy a new hard drive after the one in my desktop gave up the ghost, but encouragement from the good people here got me through that, also. |

| I also wish you lots of luck and I am so happy for you! I have been "hanging around" here for over 12 years. When I got my computer I was retired and didn't even know what a mouse was. I came to Computer Help and read and read and copied. I learned so much from this forum. I have seen many helpers come and go here. I know you have helped so many people....me included. Thanks so much!!! |

Just want you all to know that many times I have stepped aside so he can focus on helping here at the forum. And I will continue to do that once we have settled into our life together.
