Dell Webcam Central

Hi everyone.
My Dell Studio 1555 laptop with Vista 32 bit Home Premium is only 6 month old,came with Dell Webcam Central.Program worked well right after I got the computer.After I used it few times I stpped using it until now.I can snap photos with no problem but video recording is troublesome.Audio is not working.Why is that? Can it be fixed in other way than by program's reinstallation?-I am asking.

| Really that would be the first thing to try is to uninstall the webcam software and reinstall it. Do you have the disk? |

I did reinstallation and it did not help.I appreciate your reply.still waiting maybe someone else know a solution.
