This keeps coming on and i never downloaded it. I don't know how to uninstall it. It's not in my Change Remove...

I believe that's a piece of malware, and it is not something you can remove by regular means. If you don't have the program Malwarebytes Antimalware, download it and see if it can remove that thing (and any other crap that may be running on your machine), and then report back.
