I want to print a spreadsheet from MS WORKS that I developed. When I click PRINT I get "NO MEMORY" message. I have very little on the site. What could the problem be?
I always get swift help from this site. I hope I will this time. Any suggestions will be appreciated. |

| Can you print from other applications? If no, my first guess would be a corrupt printer driver. If you still have the install CD for this printer or can locate the appropriate driver on the mfr web site, you could try to uninstall the existing printer program(s) and then reinstall. If you can print from other apps, you should find and run a good memory tester. Google will give you several options. It may be that one or more of your memory chips is going bad. It also couldn't hurt to open the case and blow out the dust bunnies. You could also remove each chip and reinstall to be sure it is seated properly. |

| A basic search at Google using the keywords "ms works no memory" (sans quotes) presents numerous entries regarding your concern and may help you. DA |
