I bought, impulsively i will add too, and am getting really neervous for the arrival of one RHY Gigantea red, Vanda Ascocenda Mimi Palmer and a Liparis Latfiola...I cannot find enough information on each and am a novice and and and....Well. I have not had much luck with inside orchids. I 'rescued' 3 but one had been over watered and was root bound and rotted. I tried to save it and the other two i repotted in special mix and well drained and I am still playing with the light they need. I have no idea what they are. Helpppppppppp, LOL. I can take a couple of pics of the ones I have no clue as to what they are that I have already...I have four altogether, two large ones that love the western back porch and are blooming, but the other two??? And then, the ones I am getting, how do I begin to care for them???What do I need in preparation for them??? How do I know which ones need dormancy and clipping and which I need to leave be?? Grr, did I say I am a novice?? Any help would be great!!!! Mel P.S. I think the zone is 9 - 10...I am in the bay area california, if that helps more.

Danielleclarke, you can cover freshly-turned sod with cardboard, multiple layers of newspaper, or any other good mulching materials -- then plant the same day. There's no need to wait. Though I'd suggest watering the sod and soil well before laying down the covering -- helps stuff to break down. :) The only caution I'd advise is to try not to put the bedding plant roots in direct contact with any high-carbon materials. Seems to slow the plants down, in my experience. Usually I make a small hole through the cardboard/mulch, drop in a handful or two of compost/soil, then plant. Squirrels are supposed to be deterred by blood meal, which needs to be lightly (think of a big saltshaker or old spice jar) dusted on soil around plants after each rain. It's high nitrogen, so try not to get it directly on the plants; too much will burn them. Hanging used CDs from threads and long strips of foil (cut from potato chip bags, for example) to wave in the breeze is also supposed to scare them off. Internal application of ethanol is strongly advised for those post-gardening muscle aches and blisters. And the byproducts can be safely applied to the garden. :) All the best, -Patrick

Do you have an OB/GYN you can call? Sounds like your uterus is sloughing off its build-up in a very inconsistent way. I had a ton of bleeding once, and ended up in the hospital getting a D&C. Supposedly, the cells in my uterus were very inconsistent, and some of the uterus was actually bare, and bleeding from the wall. I'm afraid you're just going to have to see a doctor or go to the hospital. If you've lost alot of blood over the past few months, you could be anemic. Please get medical attention soon.

We're having fun now huh p3arljam? lol You stated you replaced the sink with this new one. I'm just guessing now and yes I could be wrong but judging from the looks of the sink strained is it from Ikea? I ask because some of theirs (and some others) have the drain hole set back further in the sink making the overall drain closer to the wall. This sometimes can be problematic. My first post may not have been as clear as I would have liked but was intended to explain how to move the wall drain and vent configuration to get it back closer to the wall to obtain more room for trap connection. Give homebound suggestion a try. If it still won't fit and you can't move the tee further back And Lazy Pup wont come over, I have one more thought. Before spending the money calling a plumber, have you considered switching the garbage disposal to the other side? You would still have to remove the existing tee to get correct angle but give you about 10" to work with. You then could use a wye to line up the trap arm and still have room for the vent. Place a cleanout plug in the other opening on the wye. Again my friend, Good Luck
