I haven't used big fish in a while but from them you might not be able to delete the downloaded file as their app thingy you have to install on the PC might need it to get at the game when you want to play. If you are using Internet Explorer at the very top of the page click Favorites and then hold down the Shift key and click Organize Favorites. A window will open up that looks like Windows Explorer. You can delete or move favorites just like you would files. To select a block of favorites click on the first one then hold the shift key down and click on the last one. This will high light the entire block so you can delete it. To select individual favorites just hold down the Ctrl key and click on each one you want to delete to high light it. Then you can delete those all at once. Instead of deleting favorites I just create a new folder and call it Old Stuff and move all my unused favorites to it. You create a new file by clicking File>>New>>Folder Then just name the folder what ever you want. Pooh Bear

I had the same problem as the original poster. I think it depends on the kind of account you have and maybe location. I have hotmail as a tab on firefox and it wouldn't open for almost a week. I didn't worry about it because it's a 'junk' address for me anyway. I haven't bothered to change anything and it's working now. I assumed it was because they upgraded my account to the 'live' version even though I had tried it before and went back to the original version. I opened a gmail account and think I'll just drop the hotmail account.
