Many video cards can turn the monitor off or on or put them into a power saving mode. nersoft has a small windows command line .exe that does lots of things like that. As an example... Have a shortcut on my laptop/desktop; C:\anyFile\nirsoft\nircmd\nircmd.exe cmdwait 1000 monitor off a mouse wiggle wakes it up. Thanks Txgal! I had to laugh at your comment how they loved to see you coming! Our subs love to see me on the last day because they know they are getting a couple of six packs! The framers hated to see me because I got on them about their trash all the time!! Amy - I LOVED Steel Magnolias!!! It was my favorite movie but I do not remember that line. I have the problem of carbon building up quickly on the sparkplug. Can anyone tell me what causes this and how to prevent it or at least slow it down so I'm not continually cleaning it or replacing the spark plug during one season of mowing. I was once told that it's a problem with the fuel being too rich. I use the premium fuel; I do not use ethanol fuel in the mower.

The article I read said Windows Essential 2012 which included it's photo gallery has been discontinued. But that was written in 2018. Photo gallery came with my PC, it still works when I upload a picture to other places online, or to an email. This is the only place it won't work. What do you mean when you say move the photo to my desktop? I'm using a desktop (PC) which has photo gallery. Maybe I need more coffee. :)
