Firefox isn't redirecting property

What does this mean on Firefox? Getting this message on my daughter's Vista laptop but I can open it okay on my Windows 7 laptop.

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

Sounds crazy, huh?

Thanks in advance

Use something like the computer's disk cleanup program or Ccleaner to clean out the cookies etc and try again.

It might help if you are able to post the link that you click on and get the redirect from.

Are you also using Firefox on your laptop?

On your daughters Vista, have you tried opening it with another browser?

"What Firefox is telling you is that the site is redirecting you in a loop - for example, Page A sends you to Page B which sends you to Page A"

"This article describes causes and solutions for the error
Web pages will often redirect you to another page. For example, after logging in to a site, you may be redirected to where you were before you logged in."

This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies."

Here is a link that might be useful: Not redirecting properly
