Maybe you just need to check for newer version of Flash Player, current public version is ... Adobe Flash Player 11.4.402.278

or look at your IE gear, .. Manage add-ons... and see if its Disabled

Thanks Mikie- I use Internet Explorer. In the add and delete box there are two things. One is Adobe Flash Player11 Active x.
The other is Adobe Flash Player11 plug in.
Should I delete these and install the Flash Player version 11.1.102.63? And where would I find it? In the Manage Add on box Microsoft Silverlight Active x control, Shockwave Flash Object Adobe Systems and XML Document Microsoft Corp Active X Control are enabled. Do these have anything to do with the error message? Sorry, but I don't know what to do.

Try the easy way ...., Update flash player.
Uncheck the free offers if you don't want them !!!

Mikie, many thanks. I updated the flash player and it worked! Pot Plant Owl is still sitting on her eggs and now I'll be able to watch them hatch and grow up. Thanks again!!
