No mail on screen

my e-mail opens and says I have 9 mails but nothing on screen
How can I get my mail I have a Toshiba

An Email program opens ? What is the program Name ?
What opens where you see you have no mail.

What says ????you have 9 emails ?

so is it your address that shows a blank screen?

Are you my any chance using something like Outlook Express?

are you viewing this through firefox or Ie?
If you are using a browser to view try clearing the cache on it and the cookies to see if possibly a bad one is causing the problem.
If we knew more info we could give more specific instructions it is very difficult when we are guessing.

ok this one is done.

they posted on a second thread opened the problem was they had scrolled down below the email and did not realize it, once scrolling back up were able to see the email again.
