I did the whole automated rain water thing for a year before I had to rip it all out because of moving to temporary house. I did learn that the best spray heads were the ones that send out 8 streams water in a circular direction and each head can be adjusted for optimal flow. On 15 gallon pots and smaller 1 spray head was plenty but needed to be adjusted depending on how big the pot was. On my big 30 gallon pots I used 3 spray heads and dialed them back to achieve the desired wetting pattern. I got a 2.5 hp pump to run it and it did fine for 10 plants at a time. My timer was set up on 3 zones, 10 plants at a time. I had to run the discharge pressure at 40-50 psi to get enough flow to the plants. To achieve the desired pressure I had to install circulation line with a valve coming of the discharge back to the rain tank and adjust the valve position to get 40-50 psi going to the plants. After toying with it a while and getting all the spray heads adjusted properly it was very nice!!!!!!!! I will never go back to hand watering again once our new house is built and every things automated again. One suggestion is to have a manifold with a 200 micron screen/filter for every zone. I had to clean the screens once every couple months with a tooth brush. I hand watered 50 something plants every day for several years and I'm here to tell you that automation is the way to go!!! I will never look back. Stay away from drip. Rain water is too dirty and you will have nothing but problems with drip. 1/2 inch Polly tube and the little 1/8 hose to a spray head that adjusts flow on a stick is the only way to go. The spray heads need to be the ones that send 8 individual streams. I can't stress that enough as all the other fan heads and bubbler heads clog up all the time.

Any anti virus test comparison would likely be obsolete within a week because virus activity is a moving target. If MSE was as doubtful as the article suggests surely a large portion of those subscribers would move to something deemed safer. The second from last paragraph suggests biased reporting as it notes MSE was only one of three that failed yet they did not bother naming the other two companies. Plus if you click the second link in that paragraph you will note the tests appear to be from November/December 2012. Hi ajard, We were seriously torn between the Best K42, 36" and the Prestige. In the end, for a variety of reasons, we got the Best vent hood. But I still wonder if perhaps the Prestige wasn't the better value in terms of performance. (Not that I don't love my new Best vent.) The Prestige has baffles (as opposed to mesh); many people on GW seem to think this is the better choice. I got to look at the Prestige in person (but not see or hear it hooked up live). It looked very well built (the fit and finish were perfect) and I've heard nothing but praise for Prestige on Gardenweb (see the appliance forum). For your information, as far as I can tell the Bluestar vent hood pyramid vent hood is identical to the Prestige, if you want colors. As for the Best, I think you may be able to order it without the Best logo. If that is the vent hood you want, it is worth calling Best and asking. I will say that I hardly even notice the logo since it is well above my eye level. I think no matter which you chose you will love it. They are both very good quality vent hoods. Having a vent hood has transformed the way I cook!

I doubt she is going to answer since the website has been sold twice since that post was made nine years ago. Anyhow, you can bypass the switches if you are just going to use the remote, but frankly, I'd not do that. You'd like the ability to to hard switch off the fans for maintenance things like replacing the bulbs. Just install the fan to the switched circuit. Work the switches so that the fan is powered and then just use the remotes. You can put a piece of tape over the switch to remind you to use the remote.
