I just got this message from Avast.

"avast! blocked you from visiting an infected webpage"

Of course there was info about upgrading.

Yes probably, they would love you to upgrade and send them your money.

Many years ago Zonealarm would do that too but there was an option to turn it off once it got tiresome.
