Computer crashes at start up

Dell Studio XPS
Windows 7-64 bit

Computer keeps crashing most of the time @ startup, but will occassionaly lockup after a while. It's been doing it for quite a while. After seeing WhoCrashed posted here, I downloaded and ran it after the latest crash. Report following..
