| I am using Windows 7 Home Edition and a HP printer/scanner.
Things have been working great until a recent update on some software. I think it was Java. Now I have to send what I want printed to Open Office document before I can print. I can't print directly from the internet. Any advice for me? |

| Id probably go to HP and download the printer/scanner install program.. Uninstall it.. reboot,, reinstall it. |
