A pitch fork? Or twist a coat hanger around a long hoe? Or around a garden rake? If you pull them close with a rake, could you reach them with a coat hanger? Oooh. How about a wadded up glob of duct tape on the end of any old pole or stick. Just tap the jug with the sticky tape and bring it out. Let us know what works. I'm not allowed to go to recycle places, because I'm pacing myself. I'm only allowed to use the jugs I come across or use in my daily life. I was at a movie last night and grabbed about 5 clear cups with lids, that they serve icy drinks in, out of the trash. My step daughter was mortified. I might go back. Martha

If you can open the recycle bin and right click the file.. can you do that ? If so, Un-Delete it. I've from control panel, users .. deleted user accounts in win8 and they seem to disappear completely easy enough. So maybe that file is bigger problem than it seems. You can certainly try to use Control Panels 'Programs & Features' icon to uninstall QuckBooks .. and if that works, see if that file goes away. But try to undelete it first may be necessary now. You may need to login windows to the account that won't delete, and from Control Panel 'Folders' options, put everything on Show Hidden files. Then open your C drive while in that account, and double click the $Recycle.bin and then the folder inside it.. try to delete the file there - if it wont delete,,,, try to delete the folder it is in.. and no luck,,, maybe delete the actual $Recycle.bin if you cant get rid of this mystery file. There is no recycle bin on Chrome OS! Chromebook is a cloud device that presumably you store your stuffs on the internet(using Google drive). By using Google drive(app with triangle shape icon), you will certainly find recycle bin.

AnnKH - there are two versions - a partial overlay that has a rotating door (hence why you dont see it), and a full overlay door, which would be similar to on a super susan. Since we buy in bulk, we tend to get large quantities of recyclables at once, then nothing. So I could see myself filling those containers without too much trouble. Most of my kitchen gadgets (mixer, kettle, etc) will be in the 2nd corner cabinet, which will have a super susan, so it's more a question of do I need two fo the same, or will a bigger garbage be better for us? We currently have a 50L garbage can that's not under a cab and we empty it probably twice a week...so I like the larger size. ProSource Memphis - 'party kitchen', hrm...We are using our basement as our partying emptying space, so I don't think we'd need it for that, but a space for hubbies empties IS a good idea! In our current plan, the roundable garbage can would be just to the left of the sink, so pretty easy to use, as long as its sturdy and wouldn't break easy. As for our other 'stuff' - I don't own a kitchenaid, and getting a dedicated pantry will get most of our food goods out of cupboards, so I don't get the feeling that we'll need two super susans for much. Blender, handmixer, crock pot in one shelf (if they can even support that much weight?), and probably pyrex and stock pots in the other shelf (if tall enough). I admit though, I hate the idea of the super susans because in order to rotate them you get a bunch of dead space in the corners of the cab. A simple reach-in seems more useful for what I'd need to store.
