| Hi rockcut1, I like Eset online scan, You will need to use Internet Explorer to use the scan, I would suggest that you run Malwarebytes, SuperAntispyware, first and let those programs remove anything found. Can you describe the issue you're having with the machine? You need to be also somewhat careful with on-line scans as they can produce false positives more often then say Malwarebytes. You can run the scan and choose the option not to remove threats and post the log here for further review if you would like. "Online Scanner is not intended to be used as permanent replacement for your computer's security. It's designed to only detect and remove threats via on demand scan." Joe
