| I go to abc.go.com/watch/ [some long thing about 20/20]
I immediately get a black screen with a message saying that I need to update Adobe Flash 10.x and a link to the update. I click the link and it downloads Adobe Flash 11.x. I install this and save and run and restart and try ABC again and once again it wants me to update 10.x. I check and I have Windows 7 and Firefox 11.x. I thought Firefox should automatically update to 13, perhaps 14. What should I be doing next? |

| You might have an add blocker or something preventing the movie. Its so simple to do... Why not uninstall Firefox, saving your settings. But first use the flash uninstall tool, to remove your flash players. http://download.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/support/uninsta ll_flash_player.exe Reboot & go install firefox.com fresh IE flash |
|
| Let's deal with FF first. The current released version is v13.0.1. Under Tools>Options select the Update tab. Under Firefox Updates what do you have selected? Since you are using FF you require the Non-IE version of Flash. The current version is v11.3.300.262. If you "run" the install you must be using FF to do so. If you save and then install, which I recommend, you can download with any browser. |

| Are you trying to watch the 20/20 special on heaven that was on the other day? If so I can tell you it works fine in IE as I just got done watching it. Mary |
