Google images not working for me

The last few days when I go to google images to do a reverse image search it won't work. I click to browse and upload the photo from my computer and it just sits there spinning and won't upload, have left it 5min or more. Tiny eye is working fine but I prefer google. Is it me or them? Mary

I didn't know one could do a reverse image search. Reinforces that one should read all threads, even if the topic doesn't seem of interest - never can tell what can be learned.

Here are the links, I like google best as it seems to always find what I am searching for. I just booted up laptop and same thing, not working. I asked some friends online and no one else is having trouble with it so I can't figure out what happened as of a few days ago, it's very strange. I am sure I didn't touch any computer settings or anything. Mary

Oh goodness, once I laid out all the details, I found it myself! So now I have a different question. I thought maybe this was Ann Sacks Grid in 4x16 white matte, but now that I see it I think not. Right they are 2 different things, Google is a search engine that never needs updating. Chrome is a browser by Google and it does need updating but cancan be set up to update automatically. Chrome would bebe the same as Internet Explorer or Firefox they are all browsers which you use to take you to the Internet and the various websites you visit. So what exactly is the language and phrasing of the message you are getting? You said you have Google, you might use Google to do searches since it's only a search engine not something you would have. In your statement who is They?

Have you downloaded Google Chrome? The Google Earth website says it is required to run the new GE. On the GE website they have Earth for Chrome and they have Older Versions. Perhaps yours "upgraded" to a version that only works with Chrome. Or, have you kept up to date with the Windows 7 updates? Rather than resetting the computer back in time, you might check for updates and run those first. I've always had GE Pro and it is working for me. I have version 7.1.5.1557 built on 5/20/2015. Another place to download Google Earth is https://ninite.com/. I believe it gives you the non-pro version in a neat package. Run their package and the software is installed without you having to deal with any junk attached. I use Ninite for lots of hassle-free free software. What do you use Google Earth for? I am a local content creator for GE, so I am interested in how people use it. Here is a picture of what I do...I create the land ownership parcel lines and export the information as a Google Earth overlay file with internal links to other information.

Boy, that is a new wrinkle with me too.

Mary, what browser are you using? Have you tried a different browser? Have you tried numerous pics?

I just tried one with Firefox and the Tiny Eye and it worked.

Tiny eye is working fine but I prefer google. Is it me or them?
I just tried it too with Google image search and it worked for me.

Using IE9 on both computers, haven't tried another browser as I don't have one on the desktop but guess I will install firerox and give it a try. Tiny eye I have no trouble with it's just google images and it started a few days ago and I just can't figure out what could have happened when everything else on the computer and online is fine.

I have used reverse image search for a few years now. I do needle work and I sometimes crome across one online on someones blog with no name so can usually track it down this way. Mary

Well it appears to be an IE problem as it works fine with firefox. Anyone have a clue on where to start? Mary

As of stoday it's back up and working so they must have worked out the IE glitch. Mary
