| I recently reformatted and downloaded Yahoo IM 11.0.0.2009-US.
All archives are lost, which I am OK with, but going forward I would like the IM archived as they were in the past. In the past, I could click on the member name and choose 'archive messages' and I really liked that format. Now I click on the member name and choose 'Conversation History' and I don't care for that format. What older version of Yahoo IM might I need to have it the old way? Sue...who doesn't always see 'change' as good. |

| hmmm...well maybe I'll just pick one from the list at the link below, (about 2 years old) and try it. I'm guessing I will need to remove the existing one via the Control Panel, using add/remove...right? |
Here is a link that might be useful: Older versions

| Sue, I would uninstall it before installing an older version. I would use revo uninstaller or appremover instead of the control panel add/remove app though. Here are links: Revo Uninstaller AppRemover either will do a better job than the control panel app. |

| Thanks Bob. I'll try one or the other. |
