Text to speech free download

Which one, if any, of the Text to speech free download is good to use for reading sites like these I get migraines which makes it impossible for me to see with the squiggly lines and so on for the hours it takes for the meds to kick in. So I would love to have a reliable simple to start system that would play when I'm looking at large pictures, which is the only thing I can see. I currently transfer things to excel, word etc, but can't look at any other page because it turns off when I do. I'm hoping it would work on excel etc. as well as online. I've currently got a migraine so sorry if I miss any spelling/grammar mistakes. Ps. I did a search first and saw nothing about this subject.

If you have Windows 7 there is a built in text to speech feature in the "Accessibility" section. might be worth checking.

Thanks owbist. I tried with the W7 text to speech but must be doing something wrong since it only recognized the heading and the google info but not the body of the text on a website. I'll keep trying it and others. I'm sure I'll find something that will read webpages eventually.
