How do I access or open my Spam folders

Posted by gardengolfer (My Page) on

We are not receiving monthly emails from our sanitation company. Their system mgr tells us that the emails are likely being diverted to a spam filter

OS is win 7. We use Win Live mail and Gmail accounts.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

make sure you are showing all your folders and go to your junk mail folder and open it and look there to see if you see any of the email there. You can help prevent that by adding their address to your address book.

Go to your Gmail account via browser and you will see a Spam folder listed. Open it and look for the subject emails.

In Gmail, open your account, go down from INBOX and you will see "6 more"..click on that, SPAM folder will be in that group
