I got the download from CNET, which I believe is trustworthy. I went and took a better look at some of the explanations for ZA (had a bit of trouble getting at them) and realized that I had been unfair in some of what I wrote. ZA has switched the Program control functions in the left and right-hand panels, and I got confused. The new version either decides for you whether a site is trustworthy, or asks you for permission when it wants to act as server.That is handled by "Smart Defense" in the left-hand panel, sometimes automatically and sometimes asking the user for permission when a program wants to act as server. The right-hand panel NOW (which used to be for server permissions) seems to be taking care of what used to be in the left panel, that is, simply to grant or refuse Access, under the headings "Trusted" and "Internet." I still don't know why there are these two items to be checked, but figure I can give green checkmarks to anything that I had checked in the left panel of the old ZA. Sorry this is so complicated; just wanted to set things straight. In the cases where I complained that ZA had presumptuously changed my settings to green checkmarks, the items were probably things that ZA handles automatically. Things are noted as "auto" or "custom."

Was the account that is missing emails in OE set up prior to the receive date on the emails? I would also check the Blocked Sender's List in OE...click Tools, Message Rules and Blocked Sender's to see if the senders have somehow been blocked. Pam

@oldbat2be: too funny, don't you know that I was obsessed with both of those tiles during my kitchen and FR remodel. The circles were too large and I decided to just go with the marble in the kitchen -- then for the FR fireplace I decided to go with a painted surround and using another tile from Ken Mason. I do love them both, and forgot that they came in that orangish color (the same color I think AnnieD was encourage). One issue -- that wall is like 9x15 -- that's over $10K in tile (gulp) at the pricing that I recall. I also looked at wall paper and some other wall materials. .

I'm a late looker, too. I have a similar granite and have had cabinet woes since the get go. I LOVE your cabinets! What are they? As for 'what' looks good with a kitchen like ours. After months of having tile propped up in my kitchen, over 5 years ago I went with a travertine subway tile and haven't tired of it yet. Without going through my 'drama' of my kitchen, my cabinets have changed colors multiple times. Always intended for them to be a creamy white with a glaze, but it took two years, four paint jobs, a lawsuit, learned skills and patience, along with a lot of Bacardi rum to get what I wanted. With the shiny granite and stainless the eyes have a place to 'rest' when it meets the travertine. I so wanted to use a handmade WZ tile, but it just didn't look right. Posting photos from a few years back, when the kitchen was being modified from a cabinet fiasco! Nothing is as was designed. (Another story...) The kitchen I did not order.
