Server is now "Read Only"

I am now running Outlook Exp for my email service. I find that about once each day when I attempt to forward, or purge any given email message, I get screen window saying " server is now Read only" and as a result I cant proceed to manage the current batch of emails. This is a minor annoyance which will go away if I close and re open Outlook.
Running Win 7 and my ISP server is Windstream. I find that it's a waste of time to ask for help from my ISP.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Sorry to hear you have Windstream, I'm guessing that is your only choice probably due to your location, they could be part if not all of the problem.
