Zep, thanks sooo much for your prompt reply, and for your link. Wow, you are fast. Think it sure looks like it is a false positive. That makes me feel alot better. I tried posting earlier, but I guess my security was up too high, and was not allowing cookies. I've got alot to learn.... I do have a 64 bit Windows 7 Home Premium, though it says Windows 6.1 build? Intel Core 2 Duo P 7450 @ 2.13 Ghz with 6 Gb ram. I am not having any problems. I just know that your forum highly recommends Malwarebytes. I have used it in the past, just hadn't had time to install it on my new one. I have Window Firewall. Is that good enough? I plan to set up a new Linksys network. I will review some of the posts about setting up a new network. Is Trend Micro Antivirus a good program? I do have a new external HD to back everything up, but I have a question that I will post in a new post. Thanks again for your help.

Malwarebytes runs when you decide to update and run it. Not entirely accurate. Glad that it finally got its act together, Shax. Sometimes there's no apparent reason for why an app or program suddenly hiccups. I have found...over the years...that holidays are busy internet times often overloading the airways...that slow down certain processes...testing our patience. Perhaps that's what caused your update problem. If it repeats...run Chameleon. And/or take a look at your Event log to see if you can get a clue there as to what's causing the problem.
